Really pleased with this soldering iron. I have a large selection of T12 bits so was looking for a carry-around iron that would make use of these. It's also able to take the shorter SI bits which could be handy. It has the benefit of being able to run off a variety of power sources: USB-C PD power supplies if you're close to a mains socket; or portable supplies of anything from 12 - 25v if you're out and about. It also gives you the choice of feeding it from a USB-C plug or a 5.5x2.5mm barrel type plug. All in all I'm very happy with it but if I was to wish for one small improvement, it would be for it to come with a case of some sort, instead of just a cardboard box. At least it has a decent foam insert inside the box, so I may 3D print a sleeve to slip over that insert to make it a bit more robust for taking it out and about.
This meter is amazing, I think it saved my life. I have damp problems on my chimney and tried and failed with several standard pin meters which are useless and unreliable. This FNRSI meter is absolutely first rate, it has a large clear screen, it is highly responsive and stable (i.e. if you press it hard on the masonry it does not change) , highly responsive, and for what its worth the blue trim colour is great. I screenshot the readings with a date stamped camera and collate the data later. No nonsense and reasonably priced. Life saver

Fantastic little unit! I bought it primarily to make up some 7.2v battery packs using 2/3AA NIMH CELLS and 3mm x 0.1mm nickel strip and it worked perfectly! Extremely happy with it and consider it money well spent.
