- Shipping occurs Monday through Friday; we do not ship on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- For orders totaling 50 GBP or more, we offer free shipping within the United Kingdom. Enjoy this benefit as our way of saying thank you for choosing us.
- For orders under 50 GBP, we charge a standard shipping fee of 5.99 GBP. This ensures that your items are delivered to your doorstep reliably and securely.
- Our estimated delivery times may vary based on your location, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may be subject to occasional delays beyond our control.
- Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days from dispatch, often sooner.
Returns of Faulty Goods:
- For faulty devices, we offer a full refund.
- If physical damage occurs during shipment, please send photos to support@altwaylab.co.uk.
- In case of electronics faults, contact support@altwaylab.co.uk with detailed issue information.
- Allow 48 hours for return request assessment.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility; they are non-refundable.
- We'll notify you upon receiving your device and aim to complete assessments within 72 hours (Mon-Fri).
- Refunds are issued promptly to your original payment method, usually visible in your account within 10 days.
