• For orders totaling 50 GBP or more, we offer free shipping within the United Kingdom. Enjoy this benefit as our way of saying thank you for choosing us.
• For orders under 50 GBP, we charge a standard shipping fee of 5.99 GBP. This ensures that your items are delivered to your doorstep reliably and securely.

Returns, damaged deliveries and faulty goods:

For a change-of-mind return, faulty or not-as-described goods, damage in transit, or an accepted warranty claim, see our Refund Policy and Warranty page. Contact contact@ampanova.shop before sending an item. We provide a prepaid return label and do not deduct return postage from the refund.
