Two-year commercial warranty

AMPANOVA provides a two-year commercial warranty for all products, including filament and accessories. This warranty applies in the UK and claims are handled by AMPANOVA.

Our usual warranty resolution is replacement. Some assessments and repairs take place in the UK; some products must be handled by the manufacturer. If a refund is selected, we normally issue it within 1–2 working days after we receive the returned item.

This commercial warranty is additional to your legal rights. It does not replace or limit your statutory rights, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Statutory remedies may remain available after the two-year warranty ends.

Making a claim

For warranty enquiries, contact contact@ampanova.shop. Please contact us before posting so we can provide your prepaid return label and routing instructions. This does not make statutory fault rights conditional on our prior approval.
