Mintion’s 500-piece threaded-insert assortment for 3D-printed parts contains M2, M3, M4 and M5 inserts. Choose by screw thread and insert geometry, rather than printer brand.

Dimensions below are in millimetres. L is insert length; D1 and D2 are the two outside diameters labelled in the product drawing. These are insert dimensions, not recommended hole diameters.

  • M2: L 4 mm, D1 3.6 mm, D2 3.1 mm — 100 pieces.
  • M3: L 5.7 mm, D1 4.6 mm, D2 3.9 mm — 200 pieces.
  • M4: L 8.1 mm, D1 6.3 mm, D2 5.5 mm — 100 pieces.
  • M5: L 9.5 mm, D1 7.1 mm, D2 6.3 mm — 100 pieces.
