How to Use:

1. Insert a CR2032 battery (not included) into the thermometer
2. Press the power button to turn on the device
3. Insert the stainless steel probe into the food (avoid touching bone or pan surfaces)
4. Wait 3-4 seconds for the reading to stabilize
5. Read the temperature on the backlit LCD display
6. Press the °C/°F button to switch temperature units if desired
7. The thermometer will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity
